Tee Hee Hee

Guth, I hate to post this right after your stunning photograph and educational post...but am I the only one that giggles every time they say the word, "Fartlek"? Silly Swedes!!

    No Manders, I'm right there with you. Here's Wiki's def: "Fartlek, which means speed play", but whenever I hear the word, my mature brain only hears, "fart", and the Urban Dictionary's synonyms like: 1-man salute, air bagel, drop ass, pooter, and of course Whoever smelt it dealt it.

    Someday I hope to grow up and think of "A form of conditioning which puts stress mainly on the aerobic energy system due to the continuous nature of the exercise." Someday...
