Get a job. Change your job. Keep your job. Quit your job. Replace 'job' with any meaningful word, like um fuckiness. Just face it. I gotta face I suck at expressing myself in words. (Skirtsteak, I read all those articles you sent, and I prefer the word Opt Out over quit)...
This monthly challenge done right will be hard. Very hard. Yet, you'll know if you are doing it properly, fully, if at the end of the day you feel you ain't alone. It's not impossible.
