Feb's Finlandia/FthePainAway

Consider February's Challenge as a pre-test for DC's Army PT Test. The challenge is simply do as many push-ups that you can to Peaches' song and sit-ups to Jean Sibelius' song. You may rest as much as you want/need during the songs. Increase your maximum sets by 10% for both, and you get 3 pts:

1BRS pt = Take diagnostic score
2BRS pts = > 65 Sit-ups AND > 20 Push-ups (must do both)
3BRS pts = Increase BOTH scores by 10%

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing the spreadsheet or downloading the tunes. Good Luck!

  1. Looked up peaches on Wikipedia. She's Canadian and her music was used in Lost in Translation. Both those countries have nationalized health care. That makes her a socialist squared in my book. Obama probably sneaked her across the border to help steal the last election from Real Americans! You're going to have a lot of explaining to do at the next Tea Party meeting Crash! Couldn't you have just picked some Miley?

  2. Looked up "camel toe" on Wikipedia. Knew it was too long since Crash ran out of nature material and resorted back to gratuitous female body parts.

  3. Looked up "Border Patrol" on Wikipedia and I doubt Peaches had a hard time sneaking into this country.

That Peaches pic was the album cover, so I'm innocent of gratuitous female body parts, and besides, I balanced it with a sexy pic of Sibelius (he's much less flattering with a full grown beard).

As for camel toes, 3 BRS pts for anyone completing the sit-ups then posting a pic of a resulting CT.
